The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra School of Music presents:
Join us for a magnificent spectacle of classical, jazz and world music, performed by 10 ensembles from the VSO School. Enjoy string orchestras, guitar ensembles, an opera ensemble, jazz big band, traditional Chinese music, sitar & tabla ensemble and the Tom Lee Piano Orchestra featuring 40 young musicians playing 20 pianos simultaneously.
As a finale, the ensembles join together with 200 performers of all ages sharing the stage, for a rousing arrangement of Beethoven’s Ode to Joy, as you’ve never heard it before! Support the VSO School and witness a musical celebration for all the family, showcasing the diversity of our community.
