The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra's Spring Festival presents:
This all-Bernstein evening features literary legends and two internationally-renowned guest artists: pianist Joyce Yang, performing Bernstein’s setting of the poetry of W.H. Auden to music for piano and orchestra; and violinist Augustin Hadelich, performing the Serenade for violin and orchestra, a work inspired by Plato’s Symposium.
