The Blueridge Chamber Music Festival presents Happy Blueridge Birthday!
Join Blueridge Chamber Music Society to celebrate 15 years of great chamber music at the Blueridge Festival! The celebration includes the launch of our album Gather Round featuring new works by Vancouverites Jennifer Butler and Jordan Nobles, Hong-Kong-based Colombian composer Camilo Mendez, and Cree-Mennonite composer-performer Cris Derksen. Our final birthday present to listeners is a new commissioned piece for ensemble, live electronics, and audience-performers by visionary collaborative-music and sound artist Mary Jane Coomber.
