Heroic Opera presents Don Carlo
Heroic Opera’s fifth performance is Giuseppe Verdi’s Don Carlo. Set in the court of King Philip II during the Spanish Inquisition, Don Carlo is a story of love, jealously, betrayal, religion, and power. It is a play about freedom and human dignity of the age of enlightenment, which ignited the spark of inspiration in Verdi.
