Latincouver and Carnaval del Sol present Latin Circus Orchestra celebrating with Gypsy Kumba Latincouver's 15th anniversary.
For the first time in Vancouver, Gypsy Kumbia Orchestra will be joining us all the way from Montreal with their Colombian heritage. A show with a fusion of Caribbean rhythms, acrobatics, dance and a unique circus performance that honors the journey of immigration and reminds us of the light and strength within us.
Nominated for the prestigious Canadian Juno Awards, Gypsy Kumbia Orquestra will present a Barka show. A explosive journey of music, dance and circus from the Andes to Quebec, passing through India, Spain and the Balkans in a melodic chaos.
GKO has to its credit more than 300 concerts in Canada and three international tours (Colombia in 2014, France in 2015 and the Czech Republic and Austria in 2016). It is a rhythm machine getting ready to invade the world with its madness and magic.
