Association for Opera in Canada present Opera Summit Vancouver

Our first in-person event since the pandemic, the Summit will be our opportunity to emerge collectively, highlight what we’ve achieved, share what we’ve learned, and experience how the crisis has transformed the sector in terms of equity, new works, digital innovation, and audience and community development.

• Opening reception on Nov 22
• 2 full days of programming, including panel discussions, and ‘popcorn’ tables in the lobby to self-convene your team, your collaborators or to share a project, or just touch base with your office.
• 4 opera performances/showcase including Angel's Bone (a Co-production by re:Naissance Opera, Loose Tea Music Theatre, Sound the Alarm: Music / Theatre, Array Music, and Turning Point Ensemble), SOLO, produced by Musique 3 Femmes, and showcases by BIPOC Voices and Tapestry Opera’s Canadian Opera Resource (COR)
