Canada SCORES hosts our second Annual Red Carpet Poetry Slam. This premier event will include more than 150 guests, poetry enthusiasts, community leaders, and even a few local celebrities. Guests will enjoy a pre-show reception with light refreshments and a cash bar followed by a Poetry Slam performance.
The Red Carpet Poetry Slam celebrates our Poet-Athletes’ successes while raising awareness and much-needed funds to allow Canada SCORES to continue to provide our free after-school programming. This event features original performances by select Poet-Athletes, chosen based on their performances at their recent Community Poetry Slams and their overall commitment to the Canada SCORES program.
