The Borealis String Quartet presents the Aurora Piano Trio
Founded in 2019, the Aurora Piano Trio was thrilled to be back performing live on stage again in September 2021. For the first time since the pandemic, it performed to a sold-out audience for the Cafe Classico at the Langley Community Music School. Earlier this year, the Trio also travelled to Victoria and performed three concerts in the exciting week-long Music by the Sea festival held at the magical Victoria International Marina. What a pleasure to begin performing again!
The program will consist of Beethoven’s youthful and energetic Piano Trio in E- flat major, Op. 1, No. 1, and then followed by an emotional and transcendent Piano Trio in E minor, No. 2 by Shostakovich.
