From Latin dance styles to swing dance and voguing, join us for an eclectic mix of FREE dance classes – no experience required! Each event includes an hour-long free dance lesson followed by an evening of social dancing as the sun sets.

Dust off your dancing shoes for the first Dance Dance Dance event of the season! Join us for a free open-air Salsa Class with Dance In Transit followed by an evening of social dancing as the sun sets. This class is a fan-favourite amongst long-time Dance Dance Dance attendees.
ABOUT DANCE IN TRANSIT
With Dance in Transit, Sam’s Dance is bringing its philosophy of inclusiveness and diversity outside and inviting everyone to join us for a summer of fun. Our program is specially designed to remove barriers to trying dance, especially if people are shy, new to Vancouver, or socially isolated.
The concept was born in 2015 just after the opening of Sam’s Dance. The idea behind Dance in Transit was to dance in public spaces, including on Skytrain and in stations. We wanted to engage people passing by and show them how easy and fun dancing can be.
