DANCE DANCE DANCE: FREE POP-UP DANCE CLASSES

From Latin dance to swing and vogue, join us for an eclectic mix of FREE dance classes – no experience required! Each event includes an hour-long free dance lesson followed by social dancing as the sun sets.

Join us for a free open-air Salsa Class with instructors Gabriela Mora & Juan Ramirez followed by an evening of social dancing as the sun sets! Presented in partnership with DanceHouse. 

ABOUT GABRIELA & JUAN

Gabriela Mora is a multidisciplinary dancer with over 10 years of experience in Colombian folklore, salsa, bachata, and multiple urban styles and genres. She has represented her city and country in both national and international festivals and competitions. Now based in Canada, she focuses on salsa—especially the Colombian style known as Salsa Caleña—sharing the vibrant dance culture of her homeland.

Juan Ramirez is a professional dancer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in salsa and its various styles—including On1, On2, Colombian salsa, cha-cha-cha, pachanga, and mambo—as well as both traditional and sensual bachata. He has competed in numerous national and international congresses, earning multiple podium finishes in both couples and group categories. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, he is now based in Vancouver, Canada, where he continues to share the rich rhythms and dynamic energy of Latin dance.
