About the Exhibition

Amy J. Dyck – All the Parts of Me
In the mysterious internal landscape, where our experiences are not solid, knowable objects, where our feelings come and go, and where our deeper selves reside, All the Parts of Me explores what it feels like to be human, alive, limited, with all the vulnerability, yearning, resilience, and complexity inherent inside us.

Jessie Sohpaul – *OTHERLAND
Sohpaul's latest exhibit, "*OTHERLAND" is a reflection of his personal journey and exploration of his heritage and what it means to be home. In this exhibit, Sohpaul incorporates traditional Punjabi script writing throughout his work. He uses it as a tool to hold onto parts of his South Asian identity while grappling with his own points of view as an artist raised in the western world.

The exhibition will also feature work by Camilo Jaramillo, Sonya Schmid, and Kelsey Wilson; second year students from the Vancouver Community College’s Jewellery Arts and Design Program.
