VOX Singing Competition and Gala
Discover the next generation of Canadian opera talent in an exhilarating vocal competition. Eight young singers selected during nationwide auditions will perform on the Queen Elizabeth Theatre stage in front of a jury chaired by Music Director Emeritus, Jonathan Darlington. The competition is hosted by the CBC’s Sylvia L’Ecuyer. While the jury deliberates, the audience will enjoy a short performance from one of Canada’s leading opera sensations, Erin Wall.
