Getting There

The šxʷƛ̓exən Xwtl’a7shn (formerly QET Plaza) audience entrance is located on West Georgia Street between Hamilton & Cambie Streets.
The Translink Skytrain and Canada line are a convenient choice of transportation while visiting the QET, Plaza, and Playhouse theatres. Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station: on Dunsmuir Street one block east of the theatre. Vancouver City Centre Canada Line station: on West Georgia Street five blocks west of the theatre

Parking

Parking is available at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre parkade, beneath the theatre itself. The entrance is off of Cambie Street between West Georgia and Dunsmuir Streets. Parking is limited, so arrive early.
Larwill Park: Parking lot across the street from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre between West Georgia and Dunsmuir Street; entrance off Cambie Street Vancouver Public Library: Underground lot between West Georgia and Robson Street; entrance off Hamilton Street
Accessible parking is available at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre parkade with an accessible parking decal on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number available to reserve for performances. To reserve an accessible parking space, phone 604-665-2193 at least one week before the performance.

Accessibility

There is an accessible driveway for taxis and for pick up and drop offs on Hamilton Street between West Georgia and Dunsmuir Streets.
Accessible parking is available at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre parkade with an accessible parking decal on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number available to reserve for performances. To reserve an accessible parking space, phone 604-665-2193 at least one week before the performance. There is an elevator from parking to the QET and Playhouse Hamilton Street entrances. Vancouver Civic Theatres makes every effort to accommodate a reasonable number of accessible parking spots through our contract with Metro Parking. The Queen Elizabeth Theatre parking lot has recently undergone parking lot restorations, which necessitated a change to our processes. Metro Parking attendants have now been tasked with ensuring that the accessible spots are available up to 30 minutes prior to the event, at which time the spots are released.
